Fresh organic greens harvested in under a month right at your fingertips. From your patio garden to your dinner table - it doesn’t get any fresher than this. Flavor-packed homegrown salads bursting with nutrition to feed your family and friends without ever having to go to the grocery store.
If you are anything like me, this is exciting news! Small gardens have seen massive growth in recent years. But small gardens don’t mean a small harvest. Many veggies love to grow in close quarters and will gladly reward you with astronomical yields!
All around the country, people are taking control of their food supply to ensure that they stay safe and provide the best nutrients for their families. The good news is that you don’t need a lot of space or a lot of time to enjoy fresh and delicious organic food. Many crops can be ready to harvest and enjoy in as little as 21 days!!!
Believe it or not, it's possible to grow your food garden in a limited space. Through creative gardening techniques, people grow enough food in a small vegetable garden to sustain their families, producing high yields in small spaces. Some even have enough left over to sell and generate an income.
If you’re excited about starting your very own garden but are feeling a bit stuck on how to get started, that’s where I come in.
A few things to consider when container gardening:
My hanging PVC pipe garden - it’s one of my favorite ways to grow food in limited space, and it looks amazing too
The planter boxes I made from shipping pallets - what’s better than using free materials, and it adds architectural flair to my patio
How I turned a chair I found on the side of the road into a unique piece of garden art… and it’s a great home for my edible salad flowers!
Friends and neighbors are always super impressed with my garden creations, such as...

Beginner’s Guide To
Vegetable Gardening:
Day Date
'Upcycling' can lead to some very interesting containers - you are limited only by your imagination and preferences.
Almost any plant will grow in a container if the container is big enough, just be sure the roots have enough space so the plant can grow comfortably.
Assess your sun exposure and plant accordingly to get the healthiest plants and most abundant harvest.
Be sure to provide enough water and food when gardening in containers, as soil in containers will dry out faster and nutrients tend to flush through them with greater speed than their in-ground counterparts.
One of my favorite ways to produce loads of edibles but also make my food garden look amazing is to make unique and creative container projects.
Ultimately, almost anything can be turned into a container and I personally love the more unexpected options to bring some character into your garden. You don’t need to hide your food garden away in an ugly corner of the yard… Why not make it look amazing!
I could go on about creative edible gardening for hours… but if you’re interested in the topic, you’re probably excited to just get started already!

If there's one thing I know about, it's trying to garden in small spaces. I have had to get creative more than a few times over the years and have finally found the perfect way to enjoy an abundance of fresh food in a very tight space.
There ARE advantages to growing in small spaces. Better soil control and pest control are two traditional garden headaches small-area gardeners can avoid. You get to avoid the trauma of waking up to find out a hungry rabbit made dinner of all your spinach leaves!!
Over the years, I became a small-space garden connoisseur, and I'm sharing those tips with you today. Tips that will allow you to harvest organic food for your table in under one month. You will have such joy watching your organic garden blossom before your very eyes!!
If you have limited outdoor space, be it a small yard, shared courtyard, or balcony, a container garden with vegetables and fruits may be the ideal thing for you. I genuinely believe container gardening is the #1 way to grow organic food at home, even if you live in the city or have limited space.
One of the great things about container gardening is the ability to grow almost any vegetable and many varieties of fruit, given the right conditions and space enough for an appropriately-sized container.

Simple Step-By-Step Instructions To Harvest Organic Food In As Little As 21 Days
Why choose containers? Let me tell you a few top reasons why I LOVE to garden in containers!!
Container gardens are also extremely space-efficient as every ounce of soil in your container will count for fruit and vegetable production - no growing space will be wasted underfoot as you care for and harvest your plants.
Container gardening has the added benefit of being a great back-saver: they can be configured for those with reduced mobility, making sure that growing fresh fruit and vegetables at home is accessible to all. Putting the containers at the optimum height and positioning makes growing vegetables easier for young and old alike!
Yet another unique thing about container gardening is the ability to chase the sun if necessary. Containers can be moved throughout the day, maximizing light needs.
